1. General Provisions & Definitions

These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the lu99 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). lu99 is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• Platform: lu99's website, applications, and all related services.
• Member: Any person who operates a registered account on lu99.
• Account: A member's personal profile and wallet on the platform.
• Bet / Wager: Placing money on the outcome of an event.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on lu99, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be mentally capable and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.
• You may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

If a member registers an account with false information or violates the age requirement, lu99 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit any unpaid funds.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account on lu99, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The platform may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the lu99 support team immediately.

Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that any eligible funds in your wallet have been withdrawn. Conditions may apply to withdrawal processing when an active bonus is present.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

lu99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 1 hour.

Important Conditions

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account under the same name and same ownership.
• Transactions through third parties are not permitted.
• lu99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until a verification process is completed in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Transactions linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be cancelled immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

lu99 provides promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions. Where no specific conditions are stated, the general bonus policy below applies.

Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: For a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets.

General Bonus Policy

• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• lu99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of irregular or fraudulent bonus use.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

6. Betting Rules

On lu99, bets can be placed on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to bet acceptance and settlement:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Internationally recognized sources are followed for result settlement (official results from bodies such as ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• lu99 reserves the right to void any bet if evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found.
• Maximum bet amounts are set separately for each event and market and are displayed on the platform.

lu99 reserves the right to impose or change limits on specific markets without notice.

7. Casino & Gaming Rules

The lu99 casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, lu99 follows a policy of cancelling that round and refunding the stake.
• lu99 is not responsible for loss of internet connection during gameplay — results are stored server-side.
• lu99 features content from various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe.

8. VIP Membership Program

lu99's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback along with additional benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

A member can be promoted to a higher tier through regular active participation. Tier assignment is at lu99's discretion and may be reviewed at any time. Cashback is credited directly to the account wallet.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lu99. Involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using another person's account or managing transactions on behalf of someone else.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting fraudulently toward other members.
• Attempting to guarantee profit through coordinated or syndicated betting.

10. Responsible Gaming
